We are a small family-run business operating from our warehouse in Narangba. Because we buy direct from our factories, we are able to offer highly competitive pricing and excellent value.
There are no pushy salespeople — just simple transactions, honest advice, and easy business.

Returns & Refunds Policy
SMS John on 0414 237 573 to request a return with reasons.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused.
- Returns may be dropped off by the customer or sent back at the customer’s own expense with tracking.
- All returns must be communicated and confirmed with John before sending the item or arriving to drop it off.
- A Return Authorisation (RA) number must be obtained before any return is accepted.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will not be processed until the returned item has been received back at our warehouse.
- Money-back refunds exclude the original postage cost, whether shown separately or built into the final price.
- Exception: This exclusion does not apply to pick-up items.
Change of Mind
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns.
Important Notes
- No refunds are available for custom-made or used items.
- Proof of postage costs can be supplied upon request.
- Any warranty repairs will be checked and diagnosed within 14 days of arrival at our warehouse.
